What if my shoes don't fit?

 

Should you find that your new shoes don't fit when you receive them, let us know and we will arrange for an exchange for the right size.  Please make sure they are unused and in the original condition with the original packaging.  Shipping to be paid by purchaser.

What are your payment methods?

 

Payment for our products can be made e-transfer, Mastercard, or VISA.

 

How to order online...

1.  Browse through our website and add desired products to your cart in the required colours and sizes.

2.  Complete the information at checkout to submit your order.

3.  You will receive an invoice from Fits U Well Boutique confirming your order and total.

4.  Provide payment via e-transfer or contact us to arrange credit card payment at info@fitsuwell.com.

5.  We will send you an email once your order has been shipped.

Can I only buy from you online?

 

We do not currently have a physical location to visit and all sales are currently conducted online.  If you wish to have us at an event you are hosting, let us know and we will try and accommodate your request.

How long does it take to ship my order?

 

Please allow approximately 1-4 weeks for shipping from the time your payment is successfully processed.  We will make sure your order is processed and arrives promptly.  Express shipping is available at an additional cost.

Do you offer discounts on large orders?

 

Yes we do! 

 

Personal Order Discounts

- Order 5-9 pairs of shoes and receive 5% off

- Order 10 or more pairs of shoes and receive 10% off

 

Club Discounts

- Register your club with us and help your team members save on shipping (minimum order 10 pairs)

 

Notes:

- Discounts may not be combined

- Personal Order Discounts will not appear at checkout but will be applied on your invoice
